1. Christmas time amendments

With a lot of businesses changing their opening times before and during the Christmas period, it can be difficult for your customers to keep up with them all!
Yello can amend and change your voicemails, out of hours information and call diversions for the Christmas period. So, your customers will know your new hours and the days you’ll be closed, way ahead of time. And, for the days you are closed, we can set up call diversions to make sure any urgent calls are dealt with.

But we do get booked up pretty quickly. So, if you’d like any of your phone details changed to reflect your Christmas opening times, let us know as soon as possible. Our prices to make these changes start from £20. 2. Updating your communication systems

An empty office over the Christmas break is the perfect time to update your telephone systems, broadband and CCTV systems. If you’ve been putting off the new phone system or you need your broadband replaced, now is the time to get everything booked in so when you come back in the new year, you’re all ready to go.

We can provide the onsite communications processor for your Voice over Internet Protocol telephone systems. We’ll install the central processor unit on your premises or externally host the solution and set up your off-site system.
